Screen Fabrication

Our fabrication division has been fabricating grinder and shredder screens for over 15 years.

We offer replacement screens for most any model grinder, granulator or shredder.

We build screens with Standard A36 US Metal, A572-50 US Metal, AR235, AR400 (Hardox) US Metal or Stainless Steel types 304 and 316.

We can build screens from blueprints, undamaged samples (or not very damaged) or from your hand sketches with dimensions (see below for necessary dimensions).
